Our Mission
To be the non-profit housing organization of choice for resident citizens, principals, investors, and partnering agencies by committing to provide stable, affordable, community-integrated housing through acquisition, preservation, and rehabilitation.
Who we are & what we do
Since 1998, Augusta Communities has been dedicated to creating and preserving affordable housing for households with limited incomes. By acquiring and revitalizing existing manufactured housing communities, we provide over 3,200 residents with a stable place to call home. This means long-term home ownership and a sense of belonging.
We believe it takes more than housing to make great communities. Our resident programs support connection, well-being, and personal growth. From after-school programs to community gardens, we create opportunities for neighbors to grow together.
Our goal is to create caring communities where families and individuals can thrive.
Dealer Services
We believe everyone deserves a fair chance at homeownership. That's why we are proud to offer affordable dealer services through our Manufactured Housing Dealer Program.
