Augusta Communities is a California
non-profit housing organization that was founded in 1998 to provide affordable housing opportunities for households of modest means through the acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of existing manufactured housing communities. Augusta Communities serves 1,100 households with over 3,200 residents.

Residents can make convenient, online payments through Manage America. On this 24/7 online portal, residents can view their balance, payment history, and pay rent online with one-time or recurring payments. Residents can get access to the portal by contacting their park office in-person, by phone, or email and requesting a Community Resident Portal Registration Key.
