Augusta Communities is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1998 to provide affordable housing opportunities for households of modest means. Through the acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of existing manufactured housing communities, we create stable, long-term housing solutions that over 3,200 residents call home. Our mission is to foster vibrant neighborhoods where families and individuals can thrive.

We are guided by a commitment to social welfare and community-based activities. Our resident services strategy focuses on four interconnected pillars, recognizing that it takes more than just quality housing to help communities succeed. These pillars ensure that our residents not only have a place to live but also access to programs and initiatives that enhance their quality of life.

Dealer Services

We are proud to offer dealer services through our Manufactured Housing Dealer Program. Unlike other dealers that charge 40%-70% more than warehouse pricing, Augusta Homes is committed to limiting its dealer services fee to qualified applicants at a percentage equal to our administrative costs, saving our customers and homeowners thousands of dollars.
